Beylik Family farms is a family-owned and operated farm located in Filmore, CA that was founded in 1971. Beylik Family farms uses hydroponic farming to grow flavorful tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers. Momotaro tomatoes have a pale red, sometimes red-pink appearance, a distinguishing feature from other darker red varieties. Underneath the surface, the red flesh is dense, aqueous, meaty, and succulent. The flesh also encases several chambers filled with tiny seeds suspended in a gel-like liquid. Momotaro tomatoes have high sugar content and low acidity, creating a sweet, full-bodied flavor with subtle tangy nuances.
