Description/Taste
The BBQ seasoning can be seen as a blend of sometimes ten or more spices all together and can be described as smoky, bold and sweet in flavor. Commonly in barbeque spices or rubs are onion, garlic, chili, and cumin powder along with salt, pepper, brown sugar and paprika. Barbeque spice is a great addition of flavor for meat, poultry or pork.
