Pickling Spice is comprised of a variety of whole and crushed spices and herbs. Visually, the mixture has many circular and oval seeds combined with large dried and crushed leaves interspersed with crushed red peppers. The blend has a pleasantly peppery and herbaceous aroma with notes of floral citrus and warm spice. Pickling Spice has a balanced sweet and savory flavor with warm and herbaceous undertones.
