Description/Taste
Ground Cinnamon is a reddish-brown powder with a slightly coarse texture that easily clumps and is compacted due to its high oil content. Ground Cinnamon is incredibly pungent with a woodsy and earthy aroma. Its flavor is delicately sweet, peppery, and slightly bitter with a lingering, warming sensation, ranging from mild to spicy. Ground Cinnamon can be found in a variety of grinds with different textures. Finely Ground Cinnamon will have a more intense flavor on the palate.
