Description/Taste
Malvarosa is made exclusively from the milk of the rare Guirra breed of sheep that is native to Valencia, Spain. Uniquely buttery and smooth, this semi soft cheese is knotted and aged in cheesecloth, creating classic the “servilleta” shape. Malvarosa is a pasteurized cheese best served on artisan charcuterie and cheese boards to highlight its unique flavors.
