Description/Taste
Grape jam is made from Concord grape juice, sugar, pectin, lemon juice and ascorbic acid. This jam has an overall sweet flavor with slight tart undertones of Concord grape. Grape jam is classically paired with peanut butter, but also pairs well with soft cheeses and other fruits. Grape jam can be used in baking applications, salad dressings, reductions and sauces.
