Apricot purée has a bright orange to red color and is known for its sweet flavor and floral aroma. Apricot purée is great to use to make apricot sorbet, ice cream and dessert fillings. This purée is also ideal for making an apricot glaze, chutney, sauce or apricot cake, danish or crostini.
