Description/Taste
Kiwi purée is made from fresh kiwi, pure cane sugar, natural kiwi flavor and natural plant extract. This purée has a bright green color and offers a sweet, yet tart flavor. The Kiwi purée also contains the kiwi’s small black seeds that enhance the purée’s clean taste. The Kiwi purée is classically used in cheesecakes, dessert sauces, baked goods, sorbets and salad dressings.
