Pure vanilla bean has a rich vanilla flavor and can replace vanilla bean or vanilla extract within a recipe. Small black pieces of vanilla bean are present in the paste that gives an authentic flavor and gourmet look. Pure vanilla bean paste can be used to make cakes, frosting, ice cream, creme brulees, custards and more.
