Description/Taste
Quartered artichoke hearts are sliced from the whole artichoke heart into four even pieces. These artichoke pieces have a mild flavor and are delicate in texture. The word artichoke is derived from the Arabic word meaning thistle. Ranging from green to yellow in color, quartered artichoke hearts make it easy to add them to any recipe.
