Description/Taste
The China Long bean is also known by many common names including, "Chinese Green Noodle, Yardlong bean and Asparagus bean." This bean can grow up to the 3 feet and length, but are harvested much sooner, typically between 8 to 12 inches. The outer skin of the China Long bean is a vivid green with a smooth texture. The inner beans offers an overall nutty flavor with slight astringent notes.
