Green garlic is the younger or immature garlic plant, which is harvested prior to the plant forming mature cloves and bulbs. This Green garlic ranges from 8 to 18 inches in height that produces thin and flat stalks. The green stalks have small white to purple bulbs on the ends. Green garlic has bright, piquant garlic flavor and a succulent firm texture.
