Applications
The Petite® Season’s Mix™ is best suited for raw applications as it can withstand dressings and oils but cannot hold up to high heat preparations. The flavor of the mix offers a pleasant balance of earthy, bitter, sweet, and citrus. The Petite® Season’s Mix™ is best suited for savory dishes as an accent and can be used on top of stews or soups, mixed in salads, or served alongside both appetizer and main dishes. It can also be lightly dressed with bright olive oil and salt to enhance flavor. The Petite® Season’s Mix™ pairs well with seafood, poultry, fruits such as strawberries, persimmons, and peaches, heirloom tomatoes, pomegranate vinaigrette, and soft cheeses. It will keep 7-10 days when stored unwashed, in a sealed container, and in the refrigerator.
