Berries - Raspberry - Storage
Raspberries will keep up to three days when stored in the refrigerator. Before storing, they can be gently washed or soaked in a solution of white vinegar and water to remove dirt and spores that can cause mold, but the Raspberries need to be completely dried afterward to avoid decay. They should be kept in a well-ventilated container with a paper towel to remove excess moisture and prevent mold. Raspberries should also be stored in the center of the refrigerator to avoid over-chilling and away from humid spots like the crisper drawer. Raspberries will keep up to one year when frozen.
