Honey Kist nectarines has the smooth skin with hues of ruby, pink and gold throughout like other nectarines. It is one of the earliest yellow nectarines to ripen and one of the sweetest regardless of the season. High sugar content with a very rich nectarine flavor sets this variety apart from many other yellow nectarines that ripen later.
