Edge of Urban Farm is a family-owned and operated farm in North County, San Diego. Pulling on decades of organic farming experience, Scott and Laura Murray established Edge of Urban as an organic farm in 2009 focused on regenerative farming practices. Their daughter has worked since 2020 to expand the farm's orchard and row crops to include a variety of citrus, avocados, apples, stone fruit, and coffee. Edge of Urban Artichokes come in a variety of sizes, including baby, teen, and mature. They may also be green or purple varieties. The heart of the artichokes has a green and vegetal flavor with nutty nuances.
