Description/Taste
Mini Asian Heirloom pumpkins are small to medium in size, averaging 12 to 16 centimeters in diameter and weighing 3 to 6 pounds. Asian Heirloom pumpkins are round with a flattened blossom and stem end. The deeply-ribbed and lobed rind matures from a dark mottled green to rusted orange and can be covered in bumps and deep ridges. The skin is thick, and dense, encasing a central cavity with pulp and flat, cream-colored seeds. When cooked, Mini Asian Heirloom pumpkins are creamy and moist with an intensely sweet flavor.
