Mini Crown™ Frisee is petite in size, approximately 12 to 15 centimeters in length, and is comprised of 6 to 8 immature tender leaves with delicate, crunchy stems that connect at a central base. The leaves have an elongated, rosette shape and are narrow and small at the base, fanning out to a wide, curly, loose top. The deeply lobed leaves are bright green, tender, smooth, and broad, with many curls and frills. Mini Crown™ Frisee has a fresh, vegetal aroma and a slightly bitter flavor with a sweet and satisfying crunch.
