Green donut peaches are rounded and flattened with a dimpled center at the fruit's stem end, giving it a donut-like appearance. The fruit's skin has a velvety, white fuzz and is green with an auburn blushing. The flesh is green and white closest to the fruit's immature, soft pit. Green donut peaches have a crisp texture with a tart flavor.
