Description/Taste
Catalina plums are a large, black plum variety. They have a round to heart shape and grow to about 6 to 8 centimeters in diameter. Catalina plums have a deep purple skin with a faint white fuzz. It's flesh is creamy white in color and has a juicy, crunchy texture. The flavor is exceptionally sweet with very little acidity.
