Lavender MicroFlowers™ is the small petite variety of common lavender. They have thin, long, erect, green stems and are harvested between 12-15 centimeters. Midway along the stem, small clusters of flowers begin to blossom in a circular arrangement ofix to ten blossoms. The flowers range in color from bright blue-violet to pale lavender. Lavender MicroFlowers™ are highly aromatic with a sweet, floral scent. Its flavor is earthy and sweet with an herbaceous undertone.
