Micro Rainbow Mix™ offers a wide array of microgreens that vary in color, shape, flavor, and texture. The small leaves average 5 to 7 centimeters in length and range in color from bright green, dark purple, to blends of both purple and green. The flat and pliable leaves may have some veining across the surface and can be round, oval, heart-shaped, long, or slender with smooth edges. Micro Rainbow Mix™ is crisp and tender with green, earthy flavors mixed with sweet and peppery notes.

Micro Rainbow Mix™ consists of a variety of tiny, young, edible greens that change with availability and can include micro kale, micro mustard, micro radish, micro beet, micro red amaranth, micro mizuna, micro purple kohlrabi, micro purple daikon, micro pepper cress, micro swiss chard, and micro tatsoi. These microgreens are harvested 14-21 days after sowing and are known for their tender texture, unusual colors, and distinct flavors. Micro Rainbow Mix™ is favored by chefs for its mild taste and is most commonly used as a garnish on a wide assortment of dishes.
