Description/Taste
Magnolia Pea Blossoms are comprised of one to two blossoms attached to a hollow stem, hanging down in a bell shape. The blossoms feature two lavender, deeply veined petals creating a hood over two smaller and more delicate dark purple petals that close around the flower's stamen. Magnolia Pea Blossoms emit a light, fresh aroma and have a crisp, slightly crunchy consistency. The blossoms also contain green and nutty flavors mixed with a mild sweetness and a faintly bitter minerality giving the tendrils a refreshing and vegetal quality.
