The small flowers consist of several delicate petals that encircle a yellow and green center. White Mum MicroFlowers™ can range in size from 1.5 to 3 centimeters and connects to a small green stem. They have a floral aroma with hints of mint but an overall bitter flavor making them less ideal for consumption.
