Applications
Petite® Lilyette Leaf™ is best suited for raw applications as its small size and delicate nature cannot withstand high heat applications. They are most commonly used fresh, as a garnish and can be layered in sandwiches, salads, grains such as rice, barley, or quinoa, and pasta. The greens can also be used to accent seafood, meat, and vegetable dishes or are occasionally used to decorate desserts. Petite® Lilyette Leaf™ pairs well with seafood such as crab, lobster, mussels, clams, and squid, tarragon, black mint, baby beets, carrots, radishes, pine nuts, almonds, garlic, onions, and chives.
