This colorful assortment of carrots range from 10 to 16 inches in length and offers distinctive flavors. The orange and yellow varieties offer a sweet earthy flavor, while the red and purple are higher in lycopene. The higher lycopene concentration gives the red and purple varieties a more herbaceous flavor.
