Description/Taste
Watermelon gherkins are thumbnail-sized, oblong-shaped and have the appearance of a miniature watermelon. These cucumbers are a heirloom variety native to Mexico and Central America. The outer skin has distinctive light green and off white variegation. The texture is crunchy, juicy and crisp with the flavor of cucumbers and tart citrus.

Gherkin watermelon cucumbers are available during the summer months and into the fall.
