Description/Taste
Lemongrass is classified as an Asian grass that grows extremely tall, up to 2 meters and is very aromatic. The grass forms from the base into large clusters and is white on the upper portion and a light green underneath. The outer skin of the Lemongrass is hairless, has a smooth texture and offers an acidic lemon flavor with sweet grassy undertones.
