Description/Taste
Honeydew melon was first produced in France and is a variety of a Muskmelon. The outer skin of the Honeydew melon has a masked netting that becomes a light and cream colored yellow when ripe. The inner flesh of the Honeydew is a light green and offers a very sweet flavor, one of the most sugary taste of the melon varieties.
