Polito Family Farms is a family-owned and operated farm in Valley Center, California. The farm was founded in 1968 and is dedicated to using organic and sustainable farming methods to produce tree-ripened citrus, avocados, and figs. Valencia oranges are medium-sized oranges with a thin rind and highly juicy flesh. The oranges ripen during the summer and feature a balanced, sweet-tart flavor.
