Description/Taste
The Indigo Rose cherry tomato has a glossy and smooth skin with its crown covered in a deep purple, burgundy color, fading to a bright red-orange color on the bottom of the fruit. The deep purple color is produced only in those areas of the fruit that are exposed to sunlight. The Indigo Rose is fragrant, with notes of paprika, plum and smoke. The bright red flesh is both meaty and succulent, with a balanced amount of acidity and sweetness. Indigo Rose tomatoes are considered cocktail-sized tomatoes, being slightly larger than traditional cherry tomatoes.
