Description/Taste
The apricot jam from Jackie's Jams has a smooth velvet-like consistency and mildly sweet flavor. Apricot jam includes apricots, cane sugar, lemon juice, pectin and a small amount of ginger. Apricot jam pairs well with poultry, seafood and red meats. This jam is also ideal with cheese pairings, salad dressings, reductions and baked goods.
