Description/Taste
Made by Kasseri Champignon in Bavaria, Germany this cheese is described as being a rich and creamy cheese variety, made from pasteurized cow’s milk. Beneath the rind are small veins of sharp blue giving it a tangy, yet smooth flavor. Cambozola is a combination of Camembert and Gorgonzola, where its name is derived from. Popular as an after dinner or dessert cheese, Cambozola pairs well with fruit and nuts.
