Description/Taste
Green daikon radishes average about six to nine inches long, one to three inches wide, with vibrant lime green flesh. The above-ground exposed shoulders of this radish turn a deep green while the tips, which remain underground, are white. The flesh is fine-grained, crisp, and sweet with undertones of the classic radish spiciness.

Green daikon radishes are available in the late fall through the winter months.
