Description/Taste
Gochujang, is a red pepper paste that is a traditional Korean condiment. This paste has a spicy flavor and deep red color that can be used to add heat and color to virtually any dish. This is essentially a fermented soy bean paste infused with red hot chilies that can be utilized as a dipping sauce, dressing for raw fish or mixed in with vegetables.
