Description/Taste
Sunshine Kabocha squash has a bright orange persimmon colored outer skin, is round in shape with a flat top and bottom. The inner flesh of the Sunshine Kabocha squash is meaty and has a relative small seed cavity. The Sunshine Kabocha inner flesh is string less and offers a creamy sweet as well as nutty flavor.
