Description/Taste
The Honeynut squash looks like a miniature version of the Butternut and ranges from 4 to 5 inches in length. This particular seed was developed at the Cornell Breeding Institute. The inner flesh of the Honeynut has a dark orange color and meaty flesh. The Honeynut squash has an aroma similar to the pumpkin and offers a sweet rich flavor with mild nutty undertones.
