Description/Taste
Lemon zest is made from ground up lemon peels, natural lemon flavor and sugar cane. The Lemon zest purée has a pungent lemon flavor due to the high oil content that is found in the skin and rind of the lemon. Lemon zest purée pairs well with seafood or poulty. This purée can be an essential ingredient to any baker’s recipe for candies, pastries or baked goods.
