Description/Taste
Sometimes called a blackcap, the black raspberry offers a rich, sweet taste. Quite firm and not overly juicy, this berries texture is somewhat thicker when compared to the red raspberry or the blackberry. More acidic than most raspberries, black raspberries are especially excellent for cooking.
