Weiser Family Farms has been family operated since 1977, with multiple generations contributing to the farm's success. The Weiser family tends farmland located in the Greater Bakersfield area, Tehachapi, and Lucerne Valley, allowing them to grow a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Conehead cabbage has a distinct cone shape created by tight layers of thin, broad and deeply veined green leaves. Weiser Family Farm's Conehead cabbage is mild and remarkably sweet with very little bitterness.
