Description/Taste
Feuilles de brick, or "leaves for brick," are pastries made of wheat flour that are traditionally fried and stuffed with vegetables, meats and cheeses. These pastries are referred to as "bricks" and originate in Morocco, Tunisia and other Middle Eastern countries. This dough has a lacy and sheen texture and becomes crispy when fried. Feuilles de brick is a light pastry dough that can be best used as a wrapper or for canapés.
