Description/Taste
Lemon zest is made from ground up lemon peels, natural lemon flavor and sugar cane. The Lemon zest purée has a pungent lemon flavor due to the high oil content that is found in the skin and rind of the lemon. Lemon zest purée pairs well with seafood or poulty.
