Description/Taste
Sambal Oelek is made from fiery, sun-ripened chilis. The chilis are mashed, maintaining the pulp and seeds of the peppers, and are the only flavor in the sauce. This balanced hot sauce can be used as is as a condiment or added to dips, pasta, sandwiches, noodles, rice, and soup.
