Tendergreens™ Tatsoi is small to medium in size, measuring approximately 10 to 12 centimeters in size, and is comprised of individually harvested, delicate greens. The oval leaves are dark to pale green and are crisp, glossy, and pliable, with prominent white veining extending across the surface. Tendergreens™ Tatsoi has a mild, fresh aroma and a sweet, nutty flavor with tangy, mustard-like nuances and a slightly peppery finish.

Ideal enhancement for Asian cuisine. Toss into stir-fries the very last minute of cooking. Do not overcook. Use as edible garnish or bed for roasted, sautéed or grilled oriental foods.
