The Coleman family has been farming in Central California since 1963, using biodiverse and pesticide-free farming practices. Borage flowers range in color from blue, lavender to purple-pink with a white center, and the petals are soft and tender, offering a subtly crisp and succulent consistency. Coleman Family Farm's Borage flowers have a sweet, honey-like flavor combined with faint briny, ocean-like undertones.
