Description/Taste
Boysenberries are similar in appearance to blackberries, but are larger in size and are more maroon-brown in color. Boysenberries are sweeter and juicier than blackberries. Boysenberries have a higher sugar content than blackberries and are therefore more perishable. Eat these berries immediately upon purchase.
Seasons/Availability
Boysenberries are available from Murray Family Farms for a brief time in late May and early June.
