Description/Taste
Dragon fruit can be up to four inches long and has an oval to eclipse shape. This fruit has a bright red outer skin that is thick and has prominent scales. Dragon fruit is classified as an exotic cactus fruit and has a sweet and succulent inner flesh that is perforated with tiny black seeds. The flavor of Dragon fruit is a cross between kiwi, watermelon and cactus pear.
