Micro Lemon Balm is comprised of 2 to 4 small leaves attached to a slender stem, averaging 3 to 5 centimeters in length. The delicate green leaves are ovate with a pale purple underside, deeply serrated edges, and a textured surface covered in deep veining and wrinkles. The leaves are attached to a narrow pale green stem, contributing to the microgreen’s crisp, succulent, and tender consistency. Micro Lemon Balm is highly aromatic with bright citrus notes and a strong lemon flavor that is slightly bitter with a mildly nutty finish.
