Description/Taste
Petite® Silver Leaf Sorrel is very small in size, averaging 5-7 centimeters in length, and has broad, rounded, shield-like leaves with crisp, pale green stems. The silvery, green leaves are smooth, flat, wide and have a central, prominent dark green vein that branches into a few smaller veins across the surface. Petite® Silver Leaf Sorrel is delicate, tender, and crisp with a mild, lemony, sweet-tart flavor that is not overpowering but is balanced with soft acidity.

Applications
