Description/Taste
Micro Verdolaga is small in size, measuring approximately 2 centimeters in length, and is comprised of long and slender leaves with an elongated, oval shape tapering slightly to a blunt, curved tip. The leaves split into paired leaf forms, and the translucent stem is delicate, crisp, and pale green-yellow to white. Micro Verdolaga leaves range in color from bright green, a rusty orange, to a deep magenta, and bear a succulent texture. The leaves also offer a mild citrus flavor with a cucumber-like freshness and subtle saltiness.
